- Reduce costs associated with recruiting, hiring, training and dealing
with day-to-day HR related matters
- QMS will analyze and provide recommendations on your current office
support services operation and existing office equipment fleet
- QMS will continually monitor multifunction equipment usage and placement
in an effort to eliminate facsimile and/or printing devices
- QMS will handle hand deliveries within a five to seven block radius
of your firm which will result in decreased outside courier cost
- QMS will coordinate early AM mail delivery (must satisfy United States
Postal Service volume requirements)
- QMS will manage office supply inventory and ordering
- Clients experience a decrease in office supply expenditures by exploiting
QMS’s purchasing power under a master account agreement with
a local office supply company
- QMS leverages relationships with equipment suppliers and software
manufacturers to negotiate volume discount pricing which is passed
on to our clients
- Using a consultative approach, we partner with our clients to continuously
improve processes and efficiencies
- We are constantly seeking new ways to leverage technology to find
more efficient and cost-effective solutions for managing our office
support services operations
- QMS will create and implement an office support services user’s
guide which will provide detailed information on all service offerings
handled under our partnership agreement
- QMS’s senior management team is readily available to meet with
clients
